Pre-registration & Late registration

Pre-registration is for the overall Conference.  You will select the Breakout Sessions once you are at the conference;

it is not needed before arrival.  

  • Pre-registration is through 05/06/2025, 5:00 PM EST.

  • Pre-registration allows fast-track check-in on event days.

Late registration & walk-ups. We will have a table set aside where an FLDVC team member will create your account, register you for the conference, and create a welcome packet for you.  Once registered, you have full access to all aspects of the conference.

Event & Parking Map

Download the Campus Map for Event Space & Parking. Event Address: University Student Center (USC), 140 7th Avenue South. The Conference is on the 2nd Floor and both stairs and elevators are available.

On-site Parking

Event Parking is available. Park Rate details include prorated amounts based on duration. $5.00 – Non-University Related Event, For Profit (from 4 to 8 hrs in duration). All event parking is available in the parking garage on levels 2-4. The garage is located between 5th and 6th Avenues South on 3rd Street South at 250 5th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL, 33701, and is identified on the campus map as FPF (Fifth Avenue Parking Facility).

How do I register for the Breakout Sessions?

You can select each of the 4 breakout sessions once you are at the conference, no pre-selection is required.

In each Breakout Session, you will self “check-in.”

  • Here is a quick tutorial on how to self “check-in” using a QR code.  

  • Each workshop will have an FLDVC Team member to assist with “check-in.”

Will there be refreshments on site?

This event is not being held in a hotel.  There is a coffee & snack kiosk on the first floor of the Student Center.

How do I get a certificate?

Each workshop will have an individual certificate of attendance.  Within 72 hours of your “check-in” to a workshop, an evaluation and corresponding certificate will be sent to your registration email. 

How do I get my Continuing Education Credits?

Not all sessions provide Continuing Education (CE) Credit. Full listing of Continuing Education Credits. CEs will be listed on each training session’s Certificate of Training.
